Any Player found to be engaging in bonus abuse — including but not limited to placing opposing bets to guarantee bonus conversion, creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, or using automated software to systematically exploit promotional offers — will have their bonus funds forfeited, their account suspended, and any winings derived from the abusive activity cancelled.
Bonus funds that are not used or wagered within the stated validity period will expire automatically and be removed from the account balance. Banglabet will not reinstate expired bonus funds under any circumstances.

Upon account termination for breach of these Terms, banglabet reserves the right to forfeit any account balance, including all bonus funds and any winnings generated through prohibited activity. Legitimate account balances not connected to any breach will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method following the completion of any necessary investigation.
